By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

"Services" refers to the Reelate app, website, and any services provided by Reelate.

Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Services:

To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Reelate, a Reelate employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

Social Media Integration

The Reelate app allows you to connect your social media profiles. By connecting your social media profiles, you authorize us to access and use certain information from these profiles.

Payments and Subscriptions

The Reelate app offers in-app purchases and subscription services. By making a purchase or subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees and charges. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

The Reelate app offers a free trial. At the end of the free trial period, you will be automatically charged for the applicable subscription unless you cancel before the end of the trial.

Advertisements

The Reelate app may display advertisements from third parties. These advertisements are not endorsements or recommendations by Reelate. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services offered in third-party advertisements.

User Content

You may submit and upload your own content to the Reelate app. By submitting content, you grant Reelate a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, and display your content in connection with the Services.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content that you submit and that your content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available at https://reelate.io/Privacy. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose information about you.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Reelate disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Reelate, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of the Services, (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein, (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services, (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Services by any third party, (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Services, and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

Governing Law

The laws governing the Company's jurisdiction mentioned herein shall govern this Agreement, including your use and access to the website and services. Your use of this website, services, and any mobile app may be subject to other local, state, national, and international laws.

Changes to Terms

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Reelate, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Reelate regarding the use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
